In the second half of May, our company has taken part in the ”Aleg Cariera IT” campaign, which is an online event meant to help lyceum students from Comrat, Balti, and Cahul to embrace a career in IT. It was hosted by the Tekwill Academy in partnership with ISD. Through discussions and presentation from companies in the field, pupils have the chance to understand what an IT career really is, what it implies, how to embark on it, and the skills they will need to succeed.

On May 17th, Anastasia Pendus and Andrian Moraresco have spoken to students of the “Mihai Eminescu” Lyceum from Comrat about the peculiarities of the IT profession and what does it mean to work in IT at DevelopmentAid.

We believe that this event helped many young pupils understand their preferences and decide if they want to explore a career path in IT. Hopefully, many more events with such purpose will take place, in order to bring future professionals and employers closer to each other, through communication and interaction 🙂
