The first two days of April were marked by an yearly event, Targul de Cariere Chisinau 2021. This is an initiative that brings together companies and firms in the market, in order to familiarise participants with various industries and career paths. For several years, DevelopmentAid has taken part in career fairs like this and networked with promising talents.

This year, Targul de Cariere 2021 was organised online for the second time in a row. All interested participants could view company profiles and interact with company representatives, with a chance to ask questions and apply to vacancies. In total, there were 19 companies present and our company was one of them! We have put forward 9 different vacancies. These were jobs in IT (Backend Engineer and Senior QA Automation Engineer), as well as non-technical roles (such as Recruiter for International Projects, Business Development Manager); positions for career starters (Corporate Recruiter and Data Entry Specialist), as well as those requiring specific experience (UI/UX Designer and Corporate Writer).

Moreover, our HR Director, Anastasia Pendus, was a special guest of the event, taking part in an interview where recruitment and career aspects within our company were discussed. You can watch the entire event’s livestream here.
