Last December, DevelopmentAid, in collaboration with Codifun, launched an IT Academy. More than 200 students took Full Stack Development online courses and were then selected for boot camp. During their time at boot camp the students trained with Codifun specialists and DevelopmentAid mentors working on specific tasks related to our company’s applications.

After three months of assiduous work and some testing, we are happy to announce we’ve hired 9 of those boot-campers. The IT Department now has 8 times more ladies than it had before the internship. The new hires were celebrated over a “festive” lunch with the heads of IT departments. We wish them luck and welcome them aboard.
