After a hard-working week, most of us look forward to the coming weekend to unwind. Last Friday of September, our colleagues had one more reason to be excited – another Beer event was coming up! This time, the meeting was focused on honoring our colleagues which have dedicated diverse amounts of time to making our company the great place it is today. We believe that our employees are the backbone of our firm’s operations, being the people we are most proud of. Thus, we had a great time celebrating them and their achievements, gifting them tokens of our appreciation, and enjoying our evening with delicious foods! Hurray!
We started by appreciating Dumitru Simidin, which has worked with us for 1 year. He is our first full-time Automation QA Engineer. Next up, also working with us for 1 year is Vitalie Bulat, the Web Application Developer and guru behind our Work With Us platform. From the Data Management Department, we celebrated Liviu Cerbulenco. Our employee for 1 year, he is also a very talented chess player and mentor. With over 13 years of experience in chess, and the 1st place at the National Chess Championship of Moldova in 2014, Liviu is a dear member of our team. We wish him all the best! We have then applauded Valeria Ungureanu, which is also our employee for 1 year. She is one of the first participants in our Student Program, and a very good one at that! Last but not least at the 1-year mark is Cristina Caranovac. She is a very productive employee generating high KPIs, being recently promoted to the Data Checking Unit. Congratulations!
Our 3-year company member whom we appraised was Egor Boaghi. One of the Senior Developers of our team involved in many projects, he is good at finding the most curious bugs, while also providing solutions to solve them. Egor also enjoys actively participating in different types of activities (intellectual games, Speechcraft lessons within our company, and most recently, he ran 21km in the 5th Marathon in Chisinau). Wow!
Moving on further, we recognized the continuous efforts of Anastasia Pendus, our colleague of 5 years! Anastasia is the Director of the HR Department, and together with her small team she is responsible for ensuring the best candidate and employee experience. We wish her lots of success! Similarly, another team member celebrating 5 years of working with us is Andrian Moraresco. As the Director of the IT Department, Andrian is a very responsible and fair manager, successfully leading a team of over 30 developers and QA engineers. Good job and all the best!
We recognized the tremendous loyalty and effort of one of our most long withstanding employees – Sergiu Casu, who has been with us for 1o years! Going from being the first employee at DevelopmentAid, then the first and most successful sales manager, and now to the Director of Corporate Sales Department and managing a team of almost 30 people, he sets an example for us all. We wish all to achieve such a productive and lasting tenure! We congratulate Sergiu and applaud his performance!
This Beer Friday respected our tradition – work hard and play harder! However, it had a sentimental value, wherein we showed our appreciation for all of our colleagues making DevelopmentAid and its success possible. On this note, we once again thank all of our dear team members and we look forward to our next events!
