Middle Scala Developer

Responsibilities and duties:

• You will work on front to back processes, contributing to software and architectural design decisions for the financial structured product industry.
• You will contribute to software and architectural design decisions.
• You will pride yourself of being able to write efficient, reliable, clean and thoroughly tested code, suitable to run in a continuous integration and deployment environment.

Skills:

• 2-3 years of Experience Scala
• Knowledge of Java Language
• Experience with design of Rest API
• Knowledge of Lightbend stack (Akka, Scala)
• Knowledge of NoSQL database (Cassandra is a bonus)
• Knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle is a bonus)
• Experience with code versioning (git is a bonus)
• Experience with event driven architecture and stream processing
• Experience with Kubernetes (from a developer point of view no devops skill required)
• Experience with Kafka Streams library
• Fluent in English
