Junior IT Support/Product Owner
We are looking for...
Responsibillites:
Technical Support
- Provide timely and effective technical support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software applications.
- Collaborate with the IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of employees' IT equipment and systems.
Product Ownership
- Engage in product ownership tasks during periods of lower technical support demand.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and plan product features and enhancements.
- Assist in the development of user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.
- Participate in sprint planning and review sessions, ensuring alignment with product goals.
Your competencies:
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux (Ubuntu/Debian) desktop environments.
- Familiarity with with LAN/Wifi network management.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically and critically.
- Technical proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and product development processes.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Basic understanding of product ownership concepts and methodologies.
