At DevelopmentAid, we always make an effort to follow hard work with a portion of fun activities to get our creativity going! In the middle of February, we decided to organise a Masterclass suggested by Irina Bondarenco, Career Center director. She proposed teaching participants the art of Dot Painting on plates, whereby little dots of paint are applied on clear glass plates using a printed template underneath. The first Masterclass was a success, and our participants had a great time learning the technique and creating a beautiful memory. Check out their creations below:
Following the popularity of the first Dot Painting Masterclass, we’ve decided to host another one in the middle of March. New participants came in and learned how to dot paint, and worked on unique masterpieces!
Overall, our events serve as a great opportunity for knowledge exchange and a relaxing activity. Along the duration of the initiative, our colleagues have the chance to communicate, interact, and unwind in a non-work related atmosphere, which ensures networking and stronger ties. We highly encourage our employees to come forward with activity and Masterclass suggestions, as we’re sure a lot of them have great skills that are worthy of sharing with us 🙂
